Be the Heart of an Exceptional Candidate Experience at the Talent Acquisition Coordinator  

This newly created role is all about elevating our candidate experience while ensuring compliance and accuracy in all recruitment processes. As the face of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be the first point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries, embodying our Better Way with C&K brand and setting the tone for an exceptional candidate journey. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Coordinating interviews between candidates, Talent Partners, and Hiring Managers—ensuring a seamless and professional experience. 
• Preparing and issuing employment contracts and related documents, ensuring everything is accurate and aligned with company policies. 
• Verifying mandatory pre-employment documents to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. 
• Providing exceptional administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team to keep everything running smoothly.

What you’ll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: 

• Tertiary qualification in HR (or working towards) highly regarded  
• Work experience in a TA or HR function would be advantageous 
• A working knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices 
• Valid Blue Card and National Police Check or willingness to obtain (we will fund this for you)
