What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Building strong, trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers to deliver a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
• Partnering closely with hiring managers across the full recruitment lifecycle
• Using data-driven insights and market trends to inform and continuously improve our recruitment strategies.
• Proactively building, nurturing and managing talent pools to support both current and future workforce needs.

What you’ll bring 

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!  

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: 

• Tertiary qualification in HR (or working towards) highly regarded  
• Work experience in a TA or HR function would be advantageous 
• A working knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices 
• Valid Blue Card and National Police Check or willingness to obtain (we will fund this for you)
