At C&K, our purpose is to make a positive impact on children’s lives. It’s what we’ve been doing for more than 115 years. Through evidence-based thinking, hard work and true compassion, we’ve built a trusted reputation as Queensland’s leading provider of early childhood education. And as a child safe organisation, we put children's safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do, creating nurturing spaces where children can learn, explore, play and grow.

Help shape the future of children in our care

As a Business Analyst at C&K, you'll help shape a better way to grow. Partnering with teams across the organisation, you'll turn data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making, continuous improvement and the long-term sustainability of our services.

This full-time, 12-month fixed-term role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping our centres remain strong, sustainable and focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for children and families.

In this role you'll:

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
  • Map and improve business processes and ways of working.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across C&K.
  • Translate business needs into practical solutions and recommendations.
  • Support strategic projects, system improvements and organisational change initiatives.
  • Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, economics, accounting or commerce preferable.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process improvement and requirements gathering.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Current Blue Card and Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience in education, not-for-profit or community services desirable but not essential

Find your Better Way

At C&K, you'll be supported every step of the way with:

  • Flexible and hybrid work with up to 2 days WFH each week and an additional day off each month.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • Employee Assistance Program for you and your family.
  • Childcare discounts at eligible C&K centres.
  • Fully funded Blue Card and Police Check.
  • $1,000 employee referral bonus.

Join us and find a better way with C&K - for children, for you, for always.

C&K is a child-safe organisation and all C&K employees are required to undergo a police check and not be a ‘Restricted Person’ or Suspended Educator under the QLD Blue Card System.
