As our highly valued Director/Teacher at C&K Mount Warren Park Community Kindergarten, you’ll lead a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment for children, their families and our wider community. Through your ideas, passion and experiences, you will be integral to shaping a culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive. At C&K Mt Warren Park, our experienced and passionate educators foster close relationships with families, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment. They focus on nurturing your child's curiosity, building their resilience and developing their confidence - all through the joy of learning through play.

  • $42.1506 - $58.1288 per hour + Super + Director Allowance
  • Thursday and Friday - 7:30am – 4:00pm
  • Non-contact time - Fortnightly - Wednesday (3.5 hours) – 8:00am – 11:30am
  • Position Type: Permanent Part-Time

What you’ll bring

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

  • An ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Approved Child Protection Training or the willingness to obtain.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • Current Police Check
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
