Frequently Asked Questions

To work as an Educator, you must hold, or be working towards a minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

To work as a Lead Educator, you must hold, or be working towards a minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

The National Quality Framework (NQF) sets out the minimum educator qualification requirements for working with children preschool age and under in centre-based services. You can check your qualification meets the requirements by visiting the ACECQA website. 

No, as long as you have a safe and reliable means of traveling to your place of employment.

It is not mandatory for C&K employees to wear a uniform, we do, however, encourage employees to choose clothing that is sun safe and to model sun safety behaviours. If you'd like to wear C&K branded clothing, we provide a range of different options for you to purchase.
